Terms & Conditions e-Commerce APIs

 By accessing and using the software products and services offered by e-Commerce APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

e-Commerce APIs offers software product and services for e-commerce businesses. This includes but is not limited to custom software solutions, application development, and maintenance services. 

•  Clients will be billed according to the agreed-upon pricing structure outlined in the project proposal or contract.
• Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the project agreement.

•  e-Commerce APIs will treat all client information and project details as confidential.
• Clients agree not to disclose proprietary information about methodologies, processes, or technology of e-Commerce APIs to third parties.

•  All intellectual property pertaining to the customization of the software products during the course of the project implementation will be owned by the e-Commerce APIs, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
• e-Commerce APIs retains the right to reuse customized/generic code, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge gained during the project.

e-Commerce APIs will make reasonable efforts to meet project deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be promptly notified of any delays.

e-Commerce APIs is committed to delivering high-quality software. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly test deliverables and provide feedback to ensure satisfaction. 

• Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.
• Upon termination, clients will be billed for services rendered up to the termination date.

e-Commerce APIs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our software products and services. 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance to the rules prescribed by the various acts of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Govt. of India. 

• e-Commerce APIs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms. 
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
